Notes

Storage. Any leftover Avocado Green Goddess Dressing can be stored for 2-3 days in the fridge. Place leftover dressing in a container, place some cling film over the exposed surface and press down to remove the air. Cover with a tight fitting lid and store in the fridge. Note that the colour will dull over time, but still retain in greenness and taste.
Greek yogurt. I use Farmers Union Greek Style All Natural Yogurt because of its thickness and flavour. Make sure to use a thick Greek yogurt.
