Roasted until tender and caramelised, these Honey Orange Roasted Grapes are bursting with juicy sweetness and a hint of citrus and cinnamon. These roasted grapes are the perfect addition to your next cheeseboard, for topping salads or snacking on.
Pick*, wash and dry the grapes well. Add them to a baking tray.
2 cups red seedless grapes
Drizzle all over with olive oil, honey, orange zest and juice and cinnamon. Mix well to coat all the grapes and then arrange them in a single layer on the baking tray.
1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, Zest from an orange, 3 tablespoons orange juice, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Roast for 20-25 minutes, until the grapes are starting to caramalise and collapse.
Remove the roasted grapes from the oven and stir through any remaining pan juices before transferring to a serving dish to cool (especially if you’re serving them with a cheese board.)

Notes
You can roast the grapes in bunches, but they are very messy to pick off the stem once they have cooked and softened, so consider how you want to serve them before.
