Using a hand whisk, hand mixer or a hand frother, whisk until soft peaks start to form. This can take anywhere between 5 to 15 minutes depending on which method you are using.
Add ice to both glasses and divide the milk between the two. Spoon the whipped coffee equally among the glasses, stir to mix the coffee into the milk and enjoy.

Whipped coffee is STRONG.
Both the sugar and the coffee must be granulated or it just won’t whip up. This means you can use sweeteners or coconut sugar in place of white sugar.
Anything other than granulated instant coffee will deflate within a few minutes of serving.
The longer you whisk the coffee, the thicker it will become. The thicker it becomes, the sweeter it becomes, losing some of the bitter aftertaste.
I haven’t tried it with hot milk, because gross, but people say it works well and love it, so it’s a treat for both summer and winter!
